Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between 3-102-953753 SRL, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Costa Rica (hereinafter referred to as “MariMundo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any individual or entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) purchasing or using our services.
 

By booking a session, purchasing a package, or engaging in a project with MariMundo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Scope of Services

MariMundo provides professional services including:

  • CliftonStrengths® Coaching: Individual and team development based on the Gallup methodology.

  • Strategic Consulting: Brand audits, marketing strategy, and website creation.

  • Events & Offsites: Facilitation of team-building and strategic planning workshops.
     

2. Payments and Fees

  • Advance Payment: To secure your booking or initiate a project, 100% of the service fee must be paid in advance via PayPal or other approved payment methods.

  • Access to Materials: No assessment codes, strategic documents, or meeting invitations will be issued until payment is confirmed.

  • Currency: All fees are quoted in [Insert Currency, e.g., USD] unless otherwise stated.
     

3. No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital and highly customized nature of our coaching and consulting services:

  • Final Sale: All payments are non-refundable.

  • Immediate Value: Because the delivery of CliftonStrengths® codes and the commencement of strategic audits provide immediate value and incur costs, no refunds will be granted after payment is received.
     

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Notice Period: Clients may reschedule a coaching session once, provided that at least 24 hours' notice is given.

  • Forfeiture: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will result in the forfeiture of the session and the associated fee.
     

5. Client Responsibilities

For website and marketing projects, the Client is responsible for the timely delivery of all content, images, and feedback. Delays on the part of the Client do not entitle the Client to a refund.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

MariMundo and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our coaching, consulting, or website services. Coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, or mental health advice.
 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.
 

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms:

  • Amicable Settlement: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct, good-faith negotiation.

  • Formal Resolution: If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Grecia, Costa Rica, (or the competent courts of the Republic of Costa Rica).

  • Language: All legal proceedings, filings, and communications regarding a dispute shall be conducted in Spanish.
     

9. Modifications

MariMundo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
