Prep Work
Individual Talent Discovery
Success begins before the offsite. Every member completes their Gallup assessment. They will receive a 45-minute personal coaching session to understand their unique "Strength Fingerprint."
The team leader(s) receive two deep-dive sessions to master their own talents and insights in their team strengths before we even get started with the in-person sessions to ensure strong outcomes.
